Enquiries: we process your email address, name if supplied, and message to respond to your request. The basis is your consent when contacting us; requests for steps prior to a service use the basis appropriate to that request. Contacting us does not subscribe you to advertising.
Do not send identity documents, tax returns, bank details, health information or other people’s documents in your first message. A short general description is enough. If documents are needed later, we will explain why and identify an appropriate channel.
Access and security: the hosting service may record technical access information to operate and protect the website, based on the legitimate interest in keeping it secure. The tax orientation tool processes answers in your browser; their contents are not sent to Analytics.
Optional analytics: Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and general interactions only after you accept analytics cookies. Consent is the legal basis and can be withdrawn in cookie settings. We do not send names, emails, documents or enquiry text to Analytics, and do not enable personalised advertising.
Recipients and international transfers: hosting is provided through Hetzner and enquiries are received through Gmail (Google). If you accept analytics, Google also processes measurement data. These services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. See Google’s privacy policy and international transfer frameworks. We do not sell your data or refer your enquiry to professionals without informing you and having the necessary basis.
Retention: enquiry information is kept as needed to handle the request and, where applicable, for periods required to address legal responsibilities. Cookie lifetimes are explained below. Deleting a cookie does not automatically erase measurements already collected.
Your rights: you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability where applicable, and withdraw consent, by emailing the owner. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Additional identity information is requested only where needed to verify a rights request. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not use enquiries for automated decisions producing legal effects.
